**Overview:**
Springboard is launching an online Surgical Technician Career Training program for aspiring Surgical Technicians. Springboard is looking to hire an engaging Live Instructor with experience preparing students for the **Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C)** exam through the **National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)**.
The instructor will serve as a founding instructional partner and subject matter expert, helping shape live session content, pacing, learner engagement, and certification readiness for a first-of-its-kind training program. The ideal instructor must enjoy not only teaching, but also collaborating on live-session content design to build an exceptional learner experience from the ground up.
**Responsibilities:**

- **Note:** We're looking for someone who enjoys building learning experiences—not simply delivering existing presentations. No branding or graphic design experience required.
- Develop engaging learning activities using Kahoot and other interactive learning tools to reinforce retention and increase participation.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- **8+ years of experience** working as a Surgical Technician in an acute care hospital or surgical setting.

- General and specialty surgical procedures
- TS-C certification exam content and preparation strategies
- Passion for coaching adult learners entering the healthcare workforce.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Experience preparing learners for the NCCT TS-C certification exam.
- Experience developing instructional materials, presentations, or curriculum.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms (eg: Canvas).
- Experience using interactive engagement tools such as Kahoot, Mentimeter, or similar platforms.
