- 监督GitHub中代码仓库的维护、优化和自动化，确保高质量且一致的开发实践。
- 指导遗留代码库的重构，以提高多个使用场景中的可维护性、可扩展性和可重用性。
- 推动模块化、可重用数据组件的设计与实现，以支持多个旅程并减少重复。
- 监督Databricks中自动化数据管道的开发和管理，确保下游使用的可靠性和可扩展性。
- 建立并执行可扩展数据建模的标准，以支持当前和未来的分析使用场景。
- 确保所有数据管道和数据集的数据质量、治理、性能和可靠性。
- 与分析、产品和工程相关方合作，确保数据解决方案符合业务需求和优先级。

Job Description
We’re looking for an Data Engineer Manager to lead the design and implementation of advanced data governance and privacy solutions for a high-impact enterprise initiative. This role requires a strong balance between technical leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on leveraging AI-driven automation to enforce governance at scale.
You will be responsible for defining governance strategies, building intelligent automation frameworks, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality data across modern cloud platforms.
What will you be doing?
· Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data governance solutions, ensuring automation and scalability across data platforms.
· Build and oversee the development of agent-based frameworks to enforce data governance, privacy, and compliance automatically.
· Actively contribute hands-on to the development of solutions in Snowflake and AWS environments.
· Implement and oversee PII protection strategies, including data masking and obfuscation through agent-based approaches.
· Design and optimize data workflows in AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, AgentCore), including data cleanup and performance optimization initiatives.
· Leverage CoCo and Cortex to build intelligent governance processes and enhance automation capabilities.
· Establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and best practices across teams and platforms.
· Audit data processes and outputs to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align governance strategies with business and regulatory requirements.
· Identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and drive scalable solutions.
· Mentor and guide team members while remaining actively involved in technical execution.
What are we looking for?
· 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Governance, or related fields.
· Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role with hands-on involvement.
· Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Must).
· Deep expertise in Data Governance frameworks and implementation (Must).
· Hands-on experience building AI/ML-driven or agent-based governance solutions (Must).
· Experience implementing data masking and privacy solutions using agents (Must).
· Strong experience with AWS services, including S3, Glue, Lambda, AgentCore, and data optimization/cleanup workflows (Must).
· Proven expertise using CoCo and Cortex effectively for intelligent data processing (Must).
· Experience auditing data systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies (Must).
· Strong experience with SQL and Python (or similar) for data processing and automation.
· Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
· Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
