What You'll do:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and, preferably, Linux systems.
- Manage and support virtualized infrastructures using VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Administer and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Manage and optimize backup, retention, immutability, and recovery policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backup and data recovery incidents.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) strategies.
- Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration within enterprise environments.
- You possess strong hands-on experience with Veeam (mandatory).
- You have experience managing VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and systems administration.
- You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex backup and infrastructure issues.
- You have experience working with backup, data protection, and recovery solutions.
- You are familiar with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices.
- You have strong documentation skills and a structured, process-oriented approach.
- You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
