你将负责:

  • 在应用支持、部署、健康检查、监控和警报流程中推动自动化计划;
  • 设计、开发和维护基于 ServiceNow 的自动化、编排和集成解决方案;

  • 3 至 7 年作为 Tooling 工程师、ServiceNow 开发人员、技术分析师或类似角色的经验;
  • 你是积极的问题解决者,具备良好的沟通能力和利益相关者管理技能。你有系统集成和流程自动化的实际经验,最好是在复杂的企业环境中;
  • 具备 REST 和 SOAP 网络服务集成的丰富经验;

What You'll do:

  • Drive automation initiatives across application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring, and alerting processes;
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow-based automation, orchestration, and integration solutions;
  • Build and enhance ServiceNow functionalities, including request forms, portals, workflows, and self-service capabilities;
  • Collaborate with application users, operations teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions;
  • Evaluate and implement new ServiceNow capabilities such as ATF, Virtual Agent, and other platform features;
  • Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Coordinate the release of enhancements, ensuring timely delivery, testing quality, and deployment readiness;
  • Develop custom tools and scripts to automate production and operational processes;
  • Produce metrics, dashboards, reports, and operational insights;
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for automation scripts, integrations, and support procedures;
  • Work closely with offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions;

Who You Are:

  • You have 3 to 7 years of experience as a Tooling Engineer, ServiceNow Developer, Technical Analyst, or in a similar role;
  • You are a proactive problem solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You have hands-on experience with system integrations and process automation, ideally in complex enterprise environments;
  • You possess strong expertise in REST and SOAP web service integrations;
  • You have experience integrating directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, or similar platforms.
  • You are proficient in scripting and automation technologies such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, XML, SQL, and databases;
  • You have solid experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM, with exposure to additional modules such as CSM or HRSD considered a plus;
  • You are familiar with orchestration and cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS, AKS, and ServiceNow Orchestration;
  • You are comfortable working with software development tools, IDEs, and source code repositories.
  • You have a good understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices;
  • You are confident creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics;
  • You are self-driven, organized, and capable of producing high-quality documentation;
  • You thrive in collaborative environments and can engage effectively with business teams, infrastructure teams, and global delivery partners;
  • ServiceNow Developer certifications are highly valued;
  • Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
