ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.
We are seeking a Group Product Manager to provide senior product leadership across multiple product areas and help define the company's long-term product strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define product vision and strategy across multiple product areas.
- Lead a portfolio of strategically important products.
- Partner with executive leadership on company strategy.
- Identify major market and product opportunities.
- Establish product operating models, metrics, and standards.
- Lead and mentor senior product managers.
- Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.
- Drive strategic launches and company-wide initiatives.
- Represent customer and market insight at the executive level.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Significant experience leading multiple products or product teams.
- Exceptional product strategy and business judgment.
- Strong technical fluency.
- Proven executive-level communication.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing product organizations.
- Strong customer, market, and commercial orientation.
