ABOUT THE ROLE
加入一家处于A/B轮融资阶段的金融科技SaaS公司工程团队，打造面向财务规划与分析的原生AI平台。作为软件工程师，你将负责复杂B2B产品的端到端功能开发，直接与利益相关者合作，解决从高性能UI到数据建模和大规模集成的全栈实际问题。
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- 为复杂的B2B产品构建和扩展端到端生产系统。
- 从构思到发布和迭代全程负责功能开发。

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3年以上构建B2B产品端到端生产系统的经验，具备从构思到发布全程负责功能的能力。
- 具备全栈能力：能够追踪请求从UI到数据存储的全过程，并在前端、后端和数据层做出合理的技术决策。
- 具有构建复杂B2B产品的经验，最好是从零开始或在早期阶段环境中的项目。
- 精通TypeScript和React用于前端开发。
- 精通Node.js和Python用于后端开发。
- 具备关系型数据库（Postgres）和非关系型数据库（MongoDB）的经验。
- 具备在GCP上进行云基础设施和部署的经验。
- 具备构建数据管道、ETL流程或使用大规模数据系统的经验。
- 有创始人、工程负责人或创业者的背景，展现出高主动性及建设者思维。
- 熟悉BigQuery或其他类似的数据仓库技术是加分项。
- 具备GitHub Actions、CI/CD流水线以及像Datadog这样的可观测性工具的经验是加分项。
- 具备财务规划与分析（FP&A）、金融技术或数据集成领域的经验是加分项。
- 能够在技术和非技术受众之间清晰直接地沟通。
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the engineering team at a Series A/B fintech SaaS company building an AI-native platform for financial planning and analysis. As a Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across a complex B2B product, working directly with stakeholders to solve real problems across the full stack, from performant UIs to data modeling and large-scale integrations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale end-to-end production systems for a complex B2B product.
- Own features from conception through launch and iteration.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand problems and drive solutions.
- Build shared abstractions and experiences that make complex products intuitive.
- Raise the engineering bar through excellent code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years building end-to-end production systems for B2B products, with ownership of features from conception through launch.
- Demonstrated full-stack capability: able to trace requests from UI to data store and make sound technical decisions across frontend, backend, and data layers.
- Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch or in early-stage environments.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Proficiency with Node.js and Python for backend development.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with GCP for cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or working with large-scale data systems.
- Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder, demonstrating high agency and a builder's mindset.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or similar data warehouse technologies is a plus.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools like Datadog is a plus.
- Exposure to FP&A, finance technology, or data integration domains is a plus.
- Clear, direct communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $75,000 to $265,000 USD annually.
