We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the roleOndo Finance is looking for a Growth PM to own user-facing product strategy across our unified platform interface, Ondo Finance App. This role is the growth counterpart to our platform PMs — and will be the primary driver of user acquisition, activation, and retention across Ondo's expanding product suite (Stocks, Treasuries, Portfolios, and more).You will work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, and marketing to build world-class user journeys for a new generation of on-chain financial products.What You'll OwnUser acquisition: Identify and build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, onboarding flows, and entry points that bring new users into the Ondo ecosystemActivation: Design and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience — from first visit to first meaningful transaction — across Ondo Finance Web App and eventually mobileRetention & engagement: Build features and feedback loops that keep users active, informed, and deepening their relationship with Ondo's product linesUser journey design: Map and continuously improve user journeys across all Ondo products surfaced through Ondo Finance Web AppExperimentation: Drive a structured A/B testing and experimentation culture; define success metrics and own the growth analytics stack alongside data and engineeringCross-product growth: Collaborate with product line PMs to ensure growth initiatives are coordinated and reinforced across product surfacesRequirements4–7+ years of product management experience with a clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented productsExperience in fintech, crypto, or financial products — particularly products involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platformsPersonal experience using financial products similar to ours, with a genuine desire to walk in the customer's shoesDemonstrated track record of owning and improving acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics at scaleStrong product instincts — you care deeply about user experience and are willing to do whatever it takes to make the product successfulExcellent written and verbal communication; able to write sharp, well-reasoned PRDs and present clearly to engineers and leadershipData-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and translating data into product decisionsUS-hours based (preference per current team structure)Nice to haveFamiliarity with on-chain / Web3 user onboarding challenges (wallet setup, KYC flows, etc.)Experience working on a unified platform serving multiple financial product linesPrior exposure to developer-facing or API-adjacent productsWhat we offerCompetitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensationFull benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)Small remote-first team across many countries — you'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and design practicesA+ colleagues — our team includes alumni from: Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, Pinterest, McKinsey, Circle, Uniswap, PhantomBest-in-class investors — we are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and VCs, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund and Coinbase VenturesApply here 👉 Senior Product Manager, Growth
