YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
· Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
· Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
· Verify customer information and provide related assistance
· Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
· Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
· Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
· Customer Orientation You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
· Language Proficiency Fluent in German, English & Spanish
