This is not a task-based automation role.
We’re hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work, increase speed, and drive measurable business outcomes across sales, recruiting, and client success.
Your success is not measured by activity. It’s measured by time saved, revenue enabled, and workflows deployed at scale.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy 10–15 high-impact AI automations each month.

• Replace manual processes with scalable AI-powered workflows across sales, recruitment, operations, and client success.

• Own the full automation lifecycle- from discovery and design to deployment, optimization, documentation, and maintenance.

• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and business impact.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their processes, identify pain points, and translate business needs into automation solutions.

• Create systems that are easy to adopt, well-documented, and actively used by end users.

• Ensure automations remain stable, scalable, secure, and low maintenance.

• 10–15 production-ready automations deployed per month

• Reduction in manual work and hours saved

• Workflow adoption and active usage rates

• Business impact (e.g., meetings booked, response rates, conversions, or other measurable outcomes)

• System reliability, accuracy, uptime, and cost efficiency

• Thinks in systems rather than individual tasks.

• Identifies opportunities to automate before being asked.

• Delivers quickly, tests often, and continuously iterates based on results.

• Prioritizes business impact over automation volume.

• Builds solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and reusable across teams and clients.

• Communicates technical solutions in a way that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.

• Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n

• AI Platforms: OpenAI, Claude

• CRM & ATS: HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable

• Data & Operations: Airtable, Google Sheets

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:

• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:

• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office space.

• Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification
