- DAX，Power Query（M语言）
- SQL与数据建模
- 有Azure/微软Fabric经验者优先
- 熟悉：
- 数据仓库概念
- ETL流程
- 数据治理与安全
- 优秀的沟通能力和利益相关方管理能力
- 接触过Azure Data Factory、Google Looker等工具
- 了解Python/R用于高级分析

Our team is composed of goal-oriented and strategic-thinking individuals, and we are looking to add a senior associate who will support on the enterprise Power BI reporting setup.
We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects. The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making.
- MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.
- 10 to12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
- Strong expertise in:· Power BI (Desktop & Service).
- DAX, Power Query (M).
- SQL & Data Modeling.
- Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
- Strong understanding of:· Data warehousing concepts
- ETL processes
- Data governance & security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
- Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
