Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions. You will be employed by Lyra Clinical Associates.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced mental health clinician and leader with a passion for clinical care, quality, supervision, and management to serve as a clinical quality supervisor for our Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience that helps young people ages 7 to 25 feel better quickly from the comfort of home. The pediatric vIOP is a critical service for acute patients who need more than traditional, once-a-week therapy. This program is a critical component of our full-spectrum of care services. It not only helps to avoid re-hospitalization, but its availability within our services ensures these members have direct access to our core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services once they are stabilized.

As a vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor you will spend half the time delivering direct client care and half the time providing management oversight and clinical supervision to vIOP Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists.

Direct client care: You will provide time-limited, evidence-based treatment via telehealth. You’ll conduct individual, family, and group skills training sessions, maintaining a caseload of diverse and varied clinical needs. You’ll conduct psych urgent care individual sessions as needed, which consists of risk and safety assessments and developing stabilization plans. An important note: Clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care–an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.

Clinical supervision and management: You will help train, manage, and supervise a team of ASW therapists utilizing CBT, DBT, ERP and other evidence-based practices to support vIOP clients through our innovative video therapy platform. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.

Regularly: Our vIOP team members enjoy connecting with peers, who share a passion for providing evidence-based care. You’ll attend one-on-one clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and robust training to enhance your clinical and supervision skills. You’ll always have access to expert consultation and support for your most complex clients. It’s like a safety net of resources to help plan the best options–from specialty consultations to culturally responsive care–you’re not alone, even while working remotely within the US.

This role is a great fit if you have experience supporting pediatric and young adult clients with mood and anxiety disorders in a high acuity (IOP, PHP, residential) setting using evidence-based and culturally responsive practices, as well as supervising and managing registered ASW’s.

This role reports to our vIOP Clinical Quality Manager.
