Status: Full-time, permanent position (40 hours)
Work hours: 8am to 5pm EST, M-F
Location: Remote are opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
Overview
Responsible foridentifying, analyzing, andoptimizingoperational processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements,monitoroutcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degreeREQUIRED
- Master’s degree preferred
Certification/License:
- Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred
Experience
- 5 years ofprocess improvement or healthcare managementREQUIRED
- Health plan experiencehighly preferred

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $105,185.60 - $167,003.20 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
