Job Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator, RPO will join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team and play a critical role in supporting healthcare recruitment operations and account management activities. This position partners closely with recruiters, account managers, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, requisition management, candidate tracking, billing support, and administrative coordination. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
Location: Remote OR Hybrid if within 50 miles of an office location (Dallas, TX, Boca Raton, FL, Atlanta, GA, or San Diego, CA)
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to support client reporting, metrics, and operational requirements.
- Create, update, hold, and cancel requisitions within the CRM system.
- Perform applicant tracking system (ATS) reconciliation and maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare client-facing and internal reports, including executive presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Annual Business Reviews (ABRs), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting.
- Track and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual operational and revenue metrics using CRM and Power BI tools.
- Reconcile billing files and assist in ensuring invoice accuracy.
- Conduct audits related to revenue, placements, requisitions, commissions, candidate activity, and other operational metrics.
- Coordinate credentialing requests between clients and AMN Healthcare team members.
- Support recruiters with administrative activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Post, update, and maintain job advertisements for priority openings.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation in accordance with AMN Healthcare and client requirements.
- Support administrative and marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain candidate records and move candidates appropriately within recruitment systems.
- Remain current on departmental policies, procedures, and process updates.
- Provide training and mentorship to new Recruitment Coordinators when requested by leadership.
Education & Years of Experience
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, administrative support, or related support role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong customer service and phone-based support experience.
- Recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, Power BI, or similar workforce systems.

Pay Rate
$18.25 - $21.50 HourlyFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
