主要职责：
- 在Revit中创建和开发电气BIM模型。
- 建模照明、电力、电缆槽、导管、配电箱和ELV系统。
- 准备施工图、工程量清单、进度表和工程量统计。
- 进行碰撞检测并与其它专业进行协调。
- 创建和修改Revit族。
- 确保符合BIM标准和质量保证/质量控制流程。
- 协助项目估算和文档编制。
要求
要求：
· 精通Revit（MEP）。
- 必须有独立处理美国项目的经验
- 对电气系统有深入理解。
- 有碰撞检测和协调的经验。
- 了解BIM标准和施工文档。
地点：远程（针对印度候选人）
现场/远程（针对美国候选人，两种机会都存在）

This is a remote position.
We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for various projects in India and USA both.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop Electrical BIM models in Revit.
- Model lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, panels, and ELV systems.
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines.
- Create and modify Revit families.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA/QC procedures.
- Assist in project estimation and documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Proficiency in Revit (MEP).
- Must have experience handling USA projects independently
- Strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Experience in clash detection and coordination.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation.
Location: Remote (For candidate in India)
On-Site/Remote(For USA candidate both opportunities exist)
