### **Junior Freelance Video Editor (Longform YouTube)**
**Remote -US**
**The Role** We are looking for a talented Freelance Video Editor to help produce high-quality, longform YouTube videos. If you have a sharp eye for pacing, a strong background in audio, and the technical skills to seamlessly blend multi-cam footage with screen recordings, this role is for you.
### **What You'll Do**
- **Multicam Workflow:** Seamlessly sync, cut, and transition between 1-2 camera angles and a separate high-resolution screen recording file.
- **Audio Sweetening:** Leverage your music production knowledge to clean up dialogue, balance audio levels, and score the video to keep viewers engaged.
- **Storytelling & Pacing:** Edit raw footage into polished, compelling longform content tailored specifically for audience retention on YouTube.
### **Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Video Software:** 3+ years of professional editing experience using **Adobe Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve**.
- **Audio Expertise:** A background as a music producer or strong familiarity with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) is highly preferred.
- **Platform Knowledge:** Proven experience editing longform content specifically for YouTube.
- **Bonus Skills:** Any working experience with **Blender** for 3D elements, text, or animation is a major plus.
This is a contract role: The pay range for this role is $1,000 per long form video edit completed.
