### **Responsibilities**
As the **Head of Brand Creative**, you will be the steward of Phantom’s visual identity and storytelling. You’ll set the creative design vision and standards that bring our mission to life across go-to-market campaigns, social, partnerships and more. Leading a team of talented brand and motion designers, you’ll inspire and mentor them to execute at the highest level while maintaining consistency, clarity, and originality.
This role is ideal for a creative design leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and consumer products.
- Define and evolve our brand’s creative design strategy, ensuring it differentiates us in the crypto and consumer finance space.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of brand designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development.
- Oversee the creative development and production of campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and content across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Build and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal alignment across product, marketing, and communications.
- Partner with marketing, product, comms, and leadership to align brand creative with business objectives and user insights.
- Bring forward fresh ideas, cultural relevance, and breakthrough creative that builds trust while making crypto approachable to a mainstream audience.
- Use feedback, insights, and performance data to refine creative strategies and deliver impact at scale.
#### **Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience inbrand design and at least 3 of those years leading creative teams
- Bonus points if in consumer finance, fintech, crypto or consumer tech.
- A visionary creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, campaign execution, and cross-channel design.
- Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing creative teams.
- **Expertise across design disciplines such as visual, brand and motion.**
- Strong grasp of cultural trends, with the ability to translate them into brand-relevant creative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, you can inspire both your team and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

The target base salary for this role will range between $270,000 to $320,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
