- 支持数据转换、集成测试、用户测试和切换活动
- 解决配置问题并提出符合 Workday 最佳实践的解决方案
- 参与内部知识分享，帮助培养初级顾问
要求
- 持有有效的 Workday 财务认证（财务会计或 Workday 财务核心）；拥有采购、费用、项目或报告方面的额外认证是加分项
- 至少 1 年在实施、支持或优化项目中的实际 Workday 财务经验
- 对财务和会计流程有扎实的理解（从记录到报告、从采购到付款、从订单到收款）
- 会计、财务、信息系统或相关领域的学士学位，或同等经验
- 法语和英语流利（口语和书面）以服务我们的魁北克和北美客户
- 强大的沟通能力、研讨会主持能力和客户沟通技巧
- 合法授权在加拿大工作的资格
- 能够偶尔前往客户现场（最多 25% 的时间）

Adapt1 is a Workday services partner helping organizations design, deploy and optimize Workday Financial Management. We are growing our Workday Finance team and looking for certified Workday Financials consultants who wants to work on end-to-end implementations and post-go-live optimization projects across North America, EMEA and APAC
As a Workday Financials Consultant, you will work directly with client finance teams to translate business requirements into Workday configuration, lead functional workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
What you will do
- Lead or support the configuration of Workday Financials modules (General Ledger / Financial Accounting, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Business Assets, Projects).
- Run requirements-gathering and design workshops with client finance and accounting stakeholders.
- Build the Foundation Data Model (FDM), business processes, security roles and reports.
- Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and propose solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help develop junior consultants.
Requirements
- Active Workday Financials certification (Financial Accounting or Workday Financials Core); additional certifications in Procurement, Expenses, Projects or Reporting are an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday Financials experience in implementation, support or optimization projects.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required to serve our Québec and North American clients.
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%).
