Ledgebrook is an InsurTech MGA on a mission to bring Specialty insurance into the modern era. Burdened with legacy technology and processes, the industry has not kept pace with the speed of innovation seen in other sectors. Positioned at the cutting edge of the next generation of InsurTech, Ledgebrook offers the best of both worlds: innovative world-class technology deployed by a leadership team armed with over 100 years of insurance expertise.
Our long-term vision is to become a diversified full stack Specialty re/insurer competing with legacy carriers in product lines & markets across the globe. To get there, Ledgebrook will build our premium base by rolling out a new Specialty product every ~6 months until we prove enough traction to raise a balance sheet, become a full stack carrier and eventually compete in the reinsurance markets. Our initial product will be domestic primary and excess GL E&S policies sourced via wholesale brokers.

#### About the Role
We are looking for a Workday Financial Solutions Architect Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financial modules. The candidate should have deep functional knowledge, capable of handling business processes, configurations, and stakeholder interactions without involvement in integrations or technical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional configuration of Workday Financial modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders
- Design and implement end-to-end financial business processes
- Support UAT, testing, and production deployment
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements
- Partner with finance teams for process improvements and optimization
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards
#### Requirements
**Required Functional Expertise:**
_Strong hands-on experience in most or all of the following modules:_
- Banking and Settlement
- Budgets
- Business Asset Accounting
- Business Asset Tracking
- Cash Management
- Common Financial Management
- Financial Accounting
- Miscellaneous Payments
- Organizations and Roles
- Supplier Accounts
- Suppliers
**Required Skills:**
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials
- Experience in configuration, business process setup, and functional design
- Solid knowledge of finance operations and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Experience in Workday reporting (Basic & Advanced reports)
- Ability to work closely with business users and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday Financials certification (Functional)
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects
- Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments
