General Description/Scope of Responsibilities:
- This is a one-year fellowship program in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics, a discipline that plays a pivotal role in accelerating drug development through model-informed strategies and advanced simulation technologies.
- Open to pharmaceutical scientists and AI engineers eager to apply advanced analytics to drive innovation in drug development
- This fellowwould conduct work in thefield of clinical pharmacology, usingvarious modeling and simulation tools to support drug development, including scientific machine learning pharmacodynamic models and autoencoder generative machine learningmodel. This role requirescritical thinking andproblem-solving in a complex,cutting-edgearea of drug development.
- The fellow will apply AI/Machine Learning or Large Language Model to work with large clinical datasets, and toparticipatein developing a predictive model.
- Developproficiencyin the useof software tools for the development ofQSP,PBPK,PK/PDmodels andthe R programming languagefor data management
- Literature review and data management: Review and capture literature source forusedin the modeling.
- Model development,verificationand validation: develop semi-mechanistic models to support drug development; apply AI/large Language Model to support the analysis and reporting in accelerated drug development.

Salary Range: $ - $ per hourBeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
