As Sr. Ops Lead, you will oversee day-to-day management of end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle engagements, partnering with key client leaders to communicate performance, support operational improvements, and strengthen client outcomes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and proven experience influencing change across revenue cycle operations. Experience in revenue cycle management is preferred, with a focus on supporting KLAS and NPS improvement efforts.
Here’s What You Can Expect
- Support relationships with key client counterparts through regular communication about revenue cycle performance.
- Partner with Service Delivery to present relevant updates and address client needs with executive stakeholders.
- Support initiatives designed to improve KLAS and NPS scores.
- Collaborate with R1 service delivery and operational teams to align objectives, assess current performance, and develop remediation plans for identified risks.
- Support the execution of action plans that improve operational and metric performance by addressing identified drivers, risks, and barriers.
- Assist R1 functional leaders with decisions related to daily operations at assigned hospitals.
- Support projects that improve operational performance metrics.
- Advance R1’s strategy by translating day-to-day insights into best practices that optimize performance and support transformation.
- Develop standardized analysis and client presentation templates that address specific client needs and can be leveraged across R1 engagements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Minimum of 2 years’ experience
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year .
