The Operations Analyst II is responsible for implementation project delivery that encompasses project delivery, integration, utilization, and product education. Implementation Operations is a technical team responsible for product configuration (mainly for Vendormate Credentialing), email campaigns, and reporting that support implementation and increase product utilization. The team seeks a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced and evolving work environment. The Operations Analyst II executes various work requests for implementation and customer maintenance, recurring responsibilities, and special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate data collection, analyze, and assimilate data into a format easily understood by end users. You will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the company’s revenue
- Gather, analyze, and assimilate data into a format for internal users. This will encompass conducting QA efforts to ensure work is being completed accurately and in a timely manner for utmost customer satisfaction.
- Complete work requests and from time to time review the work of other Analysts for product configuration, email campaigns, and reporting
- Demonstrate initiative by taking a proactive approach to seek, and provide feedback on people, process improvement, and product.
- Maintain internal customer satisfaction scores of 95% or greater across all teams supported
- Solid technical skills with developing knowledge of GHX’s suite of products beginning with Vendormate Credentialing, which is a provider product line that enables hospitals to manage their vendors’ regulatory compliance and onsite access
- Behavior that exhibits the GHX core values of Collaborate, Innovate, Inspire, and Grow
- Other recurring responsibilities and special projects, as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or management discipline + 3 years relevant experience
- Expert in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- 1+ years of data analysis experience
- Team oriented person with intense focus on problem solving, attention to detail, quality, and customer service
- Embrace change with positive intent and work collaboratively to improve processes
- Ability to multi-task while completing work requests, projects, and recurring responsibilities
- Aptitude for manipulating, analyzing, and displaying data
- Capability to follow established processes and contribute to process improvement
- Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication with customers, peers, and management
- Able to travel up to 15% annually
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant business experience
- Database experience (MS Access, MS Excel, SQL or related)
- Basic understanding of computer programming
- Experience with Salesforce.com, MailChimp, Jasper, and Tableau
Estimated hourly compensation $23.55 - $29.32
The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
