We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.About the roleAs a Backend Engineer on Ondo's market making team, you'll build and scale the infrastructure behind our trading stack - real-time systems that quote and hedge tokenized markets 24/7 across on-chain and traditional venues. This is a small, senior team, working in Rust and Go, with high ownership over live production risk.You'll work across systems that manage pricing, execution, and PnL accounting, integrating market data from both traditional venues and on-chain sources.
