#### **ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re seeking a talented and collaborative **Senior Product Manager** to join us in building innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
As a **Senior Product Manager** at Procurify, you will play a key role in defining and delivering high-impact solutions within one of our core product areas. You will work in a fast-paced, AI-Native product and engineering environment. You will partner closely with your triad of engineering and design, and collaborate across the triple diamond to move quickly from concept to delivery.
We are looking for someone who is driven to solve important problems for customers and motivated by the opportunity to create real impact. You thrive in a collaborative environment and see cross-functional partnership as essential to building great products. You will work closely with teams across the company to ensure we are solving the right problems with purpose and clarity.
#### **WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**
**Focus on outcomes, not just features**
- You will be responsible for driving meaningful business and customer results. Your work will align with strategic priorities and guide your team to focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
**Building great strategy through domain expertise**
- You will be responsible for strategic direction and effective decision-making in your product domains. This will be achieved through your depth of knowledge in your domain and through facilitation with experts within the company.
**Act as a strong customer advocate**
- You will represent the voice of the customer through deep curiosity, insight, and empathy. You will champion their needs and ensure that every solution improves their experience and drives value.
**Work fast in an AI-Native environment**
- You will operate within a modern product development process that uses rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and AI tools. You will help identify how AI can unlock better solutions, faster.
**Collaborate across the company**
- You will work closely within your product triad and partner across every part of the business. You will build alignment, share context, and ensure that product decisions are grounded in both customer insight and cross-functional collaboration.
**Lead with clarity and purpose**
- You will approach product challenges with a strong sense of ownership and focus. You will drive decisions that balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals, always aiming to deliver exceptional results.
**Contribute to product direction**
- You will help shape the product strategy and inform roadmap decisions in your area, you will be responsible for delivering results aligned with its goals.
#### **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven product ownership experience within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. You must have deep expertise in at least one core domain:
- Procurement (eg, purchase requisitions, PO management, supplier onboarding, sourcing)
- Accounts Payable (eg, invoice data capture, approval workflows, payment execution)
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact business and customer outcomes in fast-moving environments
- Experience working in empowered, cross-functional triads with engineering and design
- Familiarity with AI-Native development practices and rapid experimentation
- Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative mindset
- Analytical thinker with a focus on solving the right problems
- Clear sense of domain ownership and ability to align work to strategic goals
- Passion for building meaningful products as part of a high-performing team
- Excellent project management skills to effectively run discovery, design, and development of initiatives in parallel.
- For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.

- **Base Salary Range:** $145,000-$160,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package).
