**任职要求：**
- 会计、金融或相关领域的学士学位
- 2 年以上会计经验（有私企会计经验，且有一定公职会计经验者优先）
- 熟练使用 Excel 和 Quickbooks online
- 对 GAAP 有深入理解
- 具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力

We’re hiring a **Staff/ Senior Accountant** to join our growing team at Payabli. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close, while also assisting with audits and vendor invoice processing. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in QuickBooks Online, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GAAP, along with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation in Quickbooks
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Assist in month-end, and year-end close processes
- Receive, review and process vendor invoices
- Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance activities
- Complete Ad hoc accounting related requests
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (private accounting with some public accounting experience preferred)
- Highly experienced with Excel and Quickbooks online
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
