Learning & Development (L&D) Executive
Our client is a specialty luxury retail group with multi-brand and standalone boutiques across the Asia Pacific region offering the finest selection of luxury products.
They are looking for someone who will provide support across a wide spectrum of training programmes and team member initiatives from onboarding new hires and helping them to assimilate into their dynamic organization culture.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for organizing and managing the logistics of new team members orientation and training activities
· Coordinate training programmes held externally - liaise with all relevant parties and ensure evaluations are completed and analyzed for reporting
· Maintain training records in the HR/Learning Management System
· Create learning events in online system and liaise with providers
· Generate training evaluation reports for managements review
· Assist in ad-hoc tasks / projects as requested
Requirements
· Diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality / Management
· Minimum 1 year of working experience with a strong focus on L&D will be preferred
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are proficient in software as well as web-based tools
· An excellent communicator with good command of English in both written and verbal
· Individual who is analytical, meticulous and organized, capable of working independently and being a good team player
