Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated mastery in front-end engineering with expert-level proficiency in React and React Native.
- Strong experience in crafting accessible, responsive interfaces using HTML and CSS.
- Proven knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating closely with Designers.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to providing clear technical feedback.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and as part of a distributed, multidisciplinary project team.
- Familiarity with contributing to complex technology projects or AI-driven initiatives is a plus.

Compensation Structure
