职位目的 – 概述
职位名称：IT 训练师
工作地点：完全远程
必须具备 2 至 3 小时的备用时间，22 至 24 英寸显示器带 HDMI 线缆，桌子、椅子和安静的工作环境。
工作时间：
• 周一至周五：BST 时间上午 9 点至下午 6 点
• 周六：BST 时间上午 10 点至下午 3 点
职位职责：
- 培训交付、考试准备、考试回顾、技术支持、模拟测试和技能评估。
- 计划和开发 Trust（ITF、A+、MS 培训营、思科、防火墙培训）所有学科的 IT 培训课程。
- 按照部门日程，在 Trust 内交付 IT 培训。

- 向所有学生提供考试准备培训/指导。
- 进行模拟测试。
- 研究并解决 M365 培训和支持问题。
- 进行实验室支持会议并解决学生关于实验室的问题。

Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: IT Trainer
Location: Fully Remote
Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24” Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to work.
Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
• Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST
About the Role
Position Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery, Exam Preparation, Exam Review, Technical Support, Mock Test and Skill Assessment.
- Plan and develop IT Training courses across all disciplines within the Trust (ITF, A+, MS bootcamp, Cisco, and Firewalls training)
- Deliver IT Training across the Trust in line with departmental schedule.
- Ensure personal knowledge is up-to-date and relevant
- Provide exam preparation training/guidelines to all students
- Conduct mock test
- Research and resolve M365 Training & Support issues.
- Conduct lab support sessions and resolve student issues regarding the Labs
- Assist students for exam booking and other certifications
- Help with training for new employees.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer, CISCO, etc.) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, IT Specialist, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with technical issues.
- Familiarity with various training methods and platforms, including e-learning.
