主要职责
- 阅读图纸并进行相关产品的详细估算。
- 阅读规格说明，将估算数据输入提供的 Excel 表格中。
- 能够阅读蓝图、平面图或相关的投标文件。
- 能够及时准备报价单并满足客户的截止日期。
- 能够审核报价定价的准确性，包括项目数量、拼写错误、地址验证等，在提交前完成检查。
- 能够与客户沟通以最终确定报价方案，包括信息请求（RFI）、补充文件等。
- 能够与客户沟通以根据你制定的报价方案完成销售确认。
- 能够通过与供应商沟通获得特殊价格，为项目节省成本。
资格要求
- 英语口语和书面表达能力优秀，流利。
- 候选人必须至少拥有相关领域的学士/大学学位。
- 出色的组织和时间管理能力。
- 对细节高度关注，将进行评估以测试你的熟练程度和细致程度。
- 能够独立工作，接受少量监督。
- 善于建立融洽关系并快速建立牢固的人际关系。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Read drawings and perform detailed take-offs of companies related products.
-Read through specifications, input take-offs in excel sheets that are provided.
-Able to read blueprints, floor plans, or related bid documents.
-Able to prepare estimates in a timely fashion and meet customers deadlines.
-Able to review proposal pricing for accuracy, item counts, misspellings, address verification prior to submitting.
-Able to communicate with customer to finalize pricing proposal on request for information (RFIs), addendums, etc.
-Able to communicate with customer to finalize the closing of a sale from the provided pricing proposal you created.
-Able to bring savings to a project by communicating with vendors for special pricing.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in related field.
-Outstanding organization and time management skills.
-Keen attention to details is a must. An assessment will be given to test your proficiency and detail orientation.
-Work Independently, with little supervision.
-Good establishing rapport and building strong relationships quickly.
-Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
