About the Role
Invicta Software is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
As a key player on our team, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and foster collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
Key Objectives
- Lead and oversee software projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, developers, and clients.
- Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to leadership and clients.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
