## Country Manager

### Eire & NI

This role is to cover’s all of Ireland and you will ideally be based in or around Dublin. You will be building and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing customers by adopting sound relationship management and demand creation principles while proactively identifying new sales opportunities. These roles require excellent knowledge of the UK electronic components industry, which may have been gained through either a sales or purchasing career path.

#### Key duties include:

- Visiting customers' sites and promoting Anglia and our suppliers, securing existing business and developing new business
- Developing relationships which help to negotiate at all levels within the customer
- Understanding the principles of demand creation versus demand fulfilment
- Identifying the current Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM) for each customer, developing strategies to maximise our share through fulfilment and creation principles
- Liaising with our award-winning Field Applications Engineering teams, who drive innovation at our customers, helping with their technical challenges and to get new products to market quicker, that use the latest, hottest available technologies
- Attending regular sales conferences and other events that help in the promotion of the business
