Virtual Admissions Coordinators: Adolescent Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment

Now hiring multiple coordinators! Be the first voice someone hears on their path to healing.
We’re growing and hiring several Virtual Admissions Coordinators to support either of our two sister programs:
- Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA): PHP and IOP mental health care for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families
- Principles Recovery Center (PRC): PHP and IOP treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
Many callers reach out on one of the hardest days of their lives. You’ll meet them with compassion and guide them from that first call to a clear next step.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and providers
- Screen for fit and explain PHP and IOP in plain, caring language
- Verify insurance and coordinate assessments, intake dates, and paperwork
- Follow up consistently until every caller is scheduled or referred elsewhere
- Track every lead in our CRM and EMR, accurately and HIPAA-compliant
What You Bring
- Admissions or intake experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment (required)
- Remote work experience (required): you manage your own pipeline without daily direction
- Warm, confident phone presence and strong follow-through
- Comfort with CRM and EMR systems
Strongly Preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Kipu experience
- Insurance verification experience
