#### Job Description
**Position Mission**
Develop, implement and evolve Artificial Intelligence solutions focused on Computer Vision, transforming images and videos into strategic business insights. Work end-to-end across the lifecycle of Machine Learning models, from data exploration and preparation through deployment and production monitoring, ensuring performance, scalability and value generation for products and customers.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop Computer Vision models for detection, classification, segmentation and tracking of objects in images and videos.
- Design, train and optimize deep neural networks using modern Deep Learning architectures, such as CNNs, Transformers and generative models.
- Build and maintain pipelines for preparing, processing, annotating and augmenting visual data, ensuring the quality of datasets used in training.
- Carry out experimentation, evaluation and validation of models, defining metrics and monitoring performance indicators.
- Apply transfer learning, fine-tuning and hyperparameter optimization techniques to maximize model efficiency.
- Develop scalable, high-quality code in Python, following software engineering best practices, versioning and testing.
- Implement MLOps processes for versioning, monitoring, packaging and deployment of models in production environments.
- Work on model optimization and compression for execution in environments with processing constraints, including edge and embedded devices.
- Use cloud computing platforms and GPU-based infrastructure for training and processing large volumes of data.
- Partner with cross-functional product, engineering and business teams to understand problems, propose solutions and generate impact through data and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure the continuous evolution of solutions, keeping up with trends, research and new technologies related to AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
- Support the dissemination of technical knowledge and contribute to the training and development of other team professionals.
#### Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or related fields.
- Solid experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Mastery of Python and advanced experience with PyTorch.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large volumes of data.
- Analytical, collaborative profile oriented to problem solving.
- A postgraduate degree or specialization in AI, Data Science or related areas will be a differential.
**Expected Competencies**
- Solid experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
- Mastery of Python and the ecosystem of libraries for Data Science and AI.
- Advanced experience with PyTorch and knowledge of TensorFlow/Keras.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment and cloud architectures.
- Experience with processing large volumes of data and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical capability, critical thinking and solving complex problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary, results-oriented environments.
