整体职责

职责

定期对课程内容提供反馈并推荐课程材料改进方案。

搭建和整理课堂环境，包括指定的实验室设备。

作为专家（SME）参与课程开发并提供意见。

达到并保持必要的认证。

在适当的情况下，达到并保持专业领域的行业认证。

根据需要通过实际工作经验保持专业能力。

根据服务级别协议（SLA）进行评估（例如Kirkpatrick第一级和第二级），并按要求安排培训前和培训后的考试。

在获取认证和整体质量提升方面担任导师。

在需要时为客户提供或内部团队提供售前指导和支持，关于合适的培训内容和培训时长。

可能推广所有学习服务和客户教育服务。

可能领导或支持新内容或产品/课程发布活动的培训。

支持主管解决解决方案领域的深入内容问题。

推动团队内增加价值和降低成本的方法

技能与资格要求

要求：

至少1至2年的课堂教学和在线培训经验

熟练使用PowerPoint软件和其他Office 365工具

熟悉SharePoint

热情、勤奋、主动且灵活

学习速度快，能够适应培训需求和快速变化的环境

英语口语流利

期望：

具有面向客户/BPO经验

具备教练资质

拥有培训认证将具有优势

具有金融/信贷服务领域的经验

Overall Purpose

Deliver high-quality training to audiences using a variety of media types. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes, including classroom, courseware/curriculum and instructor readiness, and prepare internal faculty members to conduct sessions.

Responsibilities

Teach in blended learning environment including Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Training (V-ILT), and Social Learning methods.

Mastery of course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate.

Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas.

Regularly provide feedback on content and recommend improvement of courseware.

Set-up and break-down classroom environment including course specified lab equipment.

Provide input during course development as Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Achieve and maintain necessary certifications.

Achieve and maintain industry certifications in area of specialty mandatory where appropriate.

Maintain expertise through field experience as needed.

Conduct assessments (e.g., Kirkpatrick Level 1 and 2) as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and administer pre- and post-training exams/tests as required.

Act as mentor in obtaining certifications and in overall quality improvement.

May provide pre-sales guidance and support to customers and/or internal team on appropriate training content and duration for training audiences, as needed.
