### 你将负责
- 从合成交易文件包中构建一个指定的**消费/休闲**交易的财务模型
- 提供可编辑的Excel工作簿，包含实时公式、来源引用和说明的假设
- 对其他承包商提供的两个匿名模型进行同行评审，根据固定的标准进行评审，并为每个模型提供简短的书面理由和完成的评审评分表
### 要求
- **2–4年总经验**：约2年投行经验（消费/零售或通用并购——最好是巴黎、伦敦或欧洲其他地区），随后1–2年在中型市场或大型私募股权公司工作
- 目前或最近在一家专注于消费/休闲/多地点服务的中型市场或大型私募基金担任**分析师**（健身俱乐部、自有与特许经营、多地点整合）；有巴黎办公室或法国交易经验者优先
- 能够从原始文档构建财务模型，无需模板
- **能说英语**

Mercor is hiring experienced **private equity associates** to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack, then peer-review models built by two other contractors on the same transaction.
### What you'll do
- Build a working financial model of an assigned **consumer / leisure** transaction from a synthetic deal document pack
- Deliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions
- Peer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard
### Requirements
- **2–4 years total experience**: ~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist M&A — ideally Paris, London, or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1–2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity
- Currently or recently an **Associate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus** (fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred
- Able to build a financial model from source documents, without a template
- **English-speaking**
