YOUR MISSION:
· 管理和配置PTC Windchill（工作流、生命周期、访问控制、产品结构）。
- 支持汽车相关流程：APQP、PPAP、DFMEA/PFMEA、ECR/ECN、DVP&R、可追溯性。
- 管理EBOM/MBOM结构和车辆项目的配置管理。
- 提供用户支持、培训和文档编写。
- 推动PLM流程和数字工程工作流的持续改进。
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 电子/电气工程、计算机科学或相关专业的大学学位。
- 5年以上Windchill管理/定制经验。
- 理解IATF 16949、ISO 26262、变更管理及工程数据流。
- 在汽车行业有工作经验（OEM或一级供应商）。
- 良好的分析与综合能力。
- 优秀的沟通能力，具备团队合作精神和独立工作能力。
- 良好的书面和口头表达能力。
- 英语流利，法语熟练者优先。

We are seeking a PTC Windchill Engineer with automotive experience to support and improve our PLM environment across Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.
YOUR MISSION:
· Administer and configure PTC Windchill (workflows, lifecycles, access control, product structure).
- Support automotive processes: APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, ECR/ECN, DVP&R, traceability.
- Manage EBOM/MBOM structures and configuration management for vehicle programs.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in PLM processes and digital engineering workflows.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Windchill administration/customization
- Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 26262, change management, and engineering data flows.
- Experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1).
- Good analytical & synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit and independent working capability
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a strong plus.
