This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering across functions to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and influence business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a forward-thinking mindset, leverages data to anticipate future trends, and continuously seeks innovative ways to improve financial planning, reporting, and operational performance. This position requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans.
  • Conduct complex variance analyses and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting packages with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively recommend actions to improve business performance.
  • Leverage financial data, technology, and reporting tools to enhance visibility into key business drivers.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting platforms, and analytical tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness within FP&A processes.
  • Act as a change agent by challenging assumptions, identifying innovative solutions, and helping the organization prepare for future business needs.

What You Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial planning role.
  • Preferred experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Snowflake.
  • Healthcare technology exposure is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is preferred, including familiarity with board and sponsor reporting, lender covenants, and M&A integration.
  • Proven experience developing advanced financial models, forecasts, and business analyses.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.

Your distinct abilities and perspectives could be exactly what we need to create a more diverse and inclusive team. So, don't hesitate—apply today and let's explore the exciting possibilities together!
