根据FI/CO需求/业务进行单元测试和集成测试
支持MEA地区子公司年度和月度结账活动
支持流程改进、实施及对用户的培训
为用户提供审计支持，以及与合作伙伴的税务/开票实施/集成
教育与经验
学历 - 大学毕业生，能够尽快入职或立即在阿联酋上岗
5-7年财务与控制模块经验，具备扎实的会计背景
根据业务需求，准备手册、演示或培训，现场或远程
了解其他模块（如MM/SD）的集成是加分项，有SAP HANA经验
具备良好的沟通、演示、分析和人际交往能力，英语流利
提供帮助台支持，协助解决FI/CO问题/请求，分析提出的改进建议或变更
有效的分析能力，能够理解复杂性，并使用BI和Excel报告工具
出色的沟通能力和利益相关者管理能力，包括在主动倾听中解决用户提出的问题

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Support SAP Finance and Controlling Module and good understanding of Finance E2E Cycle and
Strong Accounting background
SAP FI/CO with Implementation and Support experience required in the areas (Financial Accounting
(FI), General Ledger, Accounts Payable(AP), Accounts Receivable, Credit Mgmt., Asset Accounting and
Consolidation a plus, Controlling (CO), IFRS, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COProfitability Analysis) using Fiori applications
Responsible to Support Tickets/Process/Implementation requests of FI/CO Module for Subsidiaries
across MEA (Middle East and Africa) region
Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, business processes) by
conducting information-gathering sessions with users, analyzing the information and being able to
document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP
business processes)
Performing Unit and Integration Testing as per the FI/CO requirements/business.
Support Subsidiaries in MEA Region for Year End and Month end closing activities
Support Process Improvements, Implementations and Trainings to Users
Audit Support to Users and Tax/invoicing Implementations/Integrations with partners.
Education & Experience
Qualification - University Graduate and can join at short notice/immediate available in UAE
5-7 years of experience in Finance and Controlling Module with Strong Accounting background
Preparing Manuals, demos or training as needed Onsite/Offsite as per Business requirement
Good understanding of integration other modules MM/SD is a plus and experience in SAP HANA.
Strong Communication, Presentation, Analytical and inter-personal skills with Fluent in English.
Providing help desk support, assisting and resolving FI/CO issues/requests analyzing proposed
improvements or changes
Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and Using Reporting tools BI and Excel reporting
Excellent Communicational skills and stakeholder management including strong skills in active
listening to solve the issues raised by user
