Delivering services to business partners by leveraging resources; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; paying and resolving partner payment and enrollment issues; completing partner audits; identifying trends in partnership quality and conversion; determining system improvements (including CRM/Salesforce and Power BI); and implementing change.
