Broadspire is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Disability & Leave to lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Disability & Leave business. This executive role will shape business strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
What You'll Do
✅ Develop and execute growth strategies that drive profitability and market leadership
✅ Lead Disability & Leave operations, quality, compliance, analytics, and client experience
✅ Partner with executive leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
✅ Strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes
✅ Identify market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities
✅ Serve as an industry thought leader with clients, brokers, consultants, and industry partners
What We're Looking For
