要求
必备条件
- 在B2C客户获取、GTM策略和增长营销方面有丰富经验

GTM / Growth ManagerMusic Technology / Audio AIRemote working from anywhere$120 - $150K, plus equityStay on the right side of history and join an audio AI company where the platform is built on fully licensed data, with all models trained in-house.This is a key role at a well-funded generative audio company, where you'll take ownership of their GTM strategy and drive B2C customer acquisition.The platform is for creators who need quality music for their content, not for generating AI slop, and specifically the technology does not steal from musicians. Their products have already demonstrated success and the team are now looking for someone who can build on that to allow the founders to focus on other operational areas.Working closely with the founders and marketing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, championing the brand and technology, and onboarding creators who are looking for fully licensed, AI generated music, that fairly pays and credits those who made it.Remote working from anywhere, with an international team of researchers, technologists and music lovers.
Requirements
Essential
- Significant experience in B2C customer acquisition, GTM strategy and growth marketing
- Detailed knowledge of modern audio technologies and generative audio products
- Successful track record increasing user numbers
- Familiar with different methods of growth marketing, able to experiment and choose appropriate strategies
- Understanding of pricing and conversion methods
- Able to devise digital marketing and social media campaigns and strategies
- Driven, self-motivated, out-ward looking, able to work independently
- Advocate for agentic technologies and process automation
- Available for international travel
Nice to have
· Understanding of music rights, publishing and licensing
- B2B experience
- Musician, producer, DJ or creator
