This is a remote position.
The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.1. Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations.2. Identify the needs of the client and find a solution to them.3. Answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs.
WORK CONDITION1. Full Time Remote2. Pacific Time Zone3. Weekly Payout4. Salary ($ 12.00 USD/hr + bonus/incentives)5. Shift-based — in a Call Center that works 24/7.
