#### Job Description

**Who You’ll Work With**

In this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership.

**What You’ll Do**

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.

- Align with Product Management & other Planning teams on future demand & critical deals
- Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners
- Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CM & OMD Site Ops, etc.) to get consensus on operational directions
- Create and maintain relevant site KPI and metrics to meet general Campus SLA
- Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

#### Qualifications

- 5+ years of manufacturing planning experience in a related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or a relevant area
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable with cross-cultural multiple time zone collaborations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP experience is a plus
- Candidates located around Hanoi/Bắc Giang area preferred
