任职要求

- 有招聘、人才招聘、人事或人力资源方面的经验。
- 有高数量招聘经验者优先考虑。
- 在BPO、人事外包或语言服务行业有经验是巨大优势。
- 具备出色的招聘、面试和沟通能力。
- 能够同时管理多个空缺职位。

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team.
About the Role
This is a high-performance, target-driven recruitment position focused on hiring interpreters across multiple languages. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated by achieving ambitious hiring goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
- Experience in the BPO, staffing, or language services industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
