职位名称：Web Search Quality Rater
职位描述：评估显示的搜索结果并提交反馈以改进网页搜索结果的质量（任务主要为日语，但部分评估内容为英语）。
任务不进行分配，你可以在方便或空闲时间登录工具自行完成任务。你需自行管理每周工作时长。完成的任务会记录在评估工具中，薪酬基于这些记录发放。
地点：远程办公（必须居住在日本）
工作时间：每周 5-20 小时，灵活安排（受高峰期和非高峰期影响）
开始日期：注册后立即开始
雇佣类型：自由职业/独立承包商

Web Search Results Quality Rater
We are looking for a rare opportunity to put your skills to use: extensive knowledge of search engines, the know-how to get the results you want with just a few words, and the understanding to grasp the point of what someone is saying before they finish speaking.
Welocalize is currently seeking Japanese speakers residing in Japan to support our clients' projects as Web Search Results Quality Raters.

The main purpose of this project is the development and expansion of AI data. Quality raters are responsible for subjective and objective evaluation of advertisements based on project rules and guidelines. Would you like to be at the forefront of internet search and lead the industry?
Project Details
Job title: Web Search Results Quality Rater
Job description: Evaluate displayed search results and submit feedback to improve the quality of web search results (tasks are mainly in Japanese, although some evaluations are in English).
Tasks are not assigned. You log in to the tool at a time convenient for you or in spare moments and complete tasks on your own. You are also responsible for managing how much you work each week. Completed tasks are recorded in the evaluation tool, and payment is sent based on those records.
Work location: Remote work (must reside in Japan)
Working hours: 5 to 20 hours per week, with flexible self-scheduling (there are busy and quiet periods)
Start date: Immediately after registration
Employment type: Freelance / contract work
This is freelance work that arises based on project demand. Because working hours may vary from week to week, please understand this in advance.
Requirements
Native-level Japanese
High English proficiency
Deep understanding of Japanese pop culture
Not currently working, or never having worked, as an Ads Quality Rater / 広告品質評価者. Applications are welcome from those who previously worked as a Search Quality Rater / 日本語検索品質評価者 or who previously took a trial.
Advanced knowledge of the web and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Excellent online research skills
Reliable computer systems and a stable internet environment
Strong antivirus software (as you will perform web searches in your work)
Ability to follow English instructions and comply with client-specified rules and guidelines
Signing a non-disclosure agreement to protect client confidentiality
Passing a language test, training program, and client-specified quality tests (conducted before starting work)
Hiring Process
1. Application and screening: Apply through the career page and answer a few simple questions about the project.
2. Candidate portal registration: You will receive an invitation email to the internal platform. Create your profile and complete the final application steps.
3. Skills and language assessment: Take a short test to verify your language and technical skills.
4. Project guidance: Review the dedicated "Know-How" guide and project materials to prepare for starting work.
5. Client test: Before joining the actual project, take a suitability test administered by the client.
6. Onboarding and start of work: Once identity verification (confirmation of ID and tax information) is complete, you will be formally onboarded. You can set your own schedule and begin work.
