- 负责每周和每月的邮件与短信日历。
- 构建并优化关键生命周期流程，包括欢迎邮件、浏览流失、购物车流失、结账、购买后、挽回流失客户等留存流程。
- 制定活动概念、信息内容、受众细分。
- 将策略转化为清晰的简报和提案给邮件设计师。
- 与设计师紧密合作，确保活动按照简报执行。
- 管理从概念到发布的整个活动流程。
测试与优化
- 负责邮件和短信上线前的完整测试流程。
- 审核文案、链接、行动按钮、受众细分、个性化、优惠、移动端/桌面端显示、跟踪以及整体客户体验。
- 在活动发布后监控表现，并快速标记任何问题。
报告与洞察
- 负责每周的邮件与短信报告。
- 跟踪关键指标，清晰传达表现、趋势和关注点。
- 提供可操作的建议，而不仅仅是数字。
要求
- 3年以上邮件与短信实际操作经验，最好在DTC/电商领域。
- 熟悉Klaviyo和其他生命周期营销平台。
- 高度有条理且注重细节，你能在没有结构的地方自然建立结构。
- 强烈的文案和信息传递直觉，即使你不是邮件设计者。
- 熟练使用Notion和Figma创建活动提案、简报、流程图和演示文稿。
- 具备强烈的测试意识，能在问题发生前发现它们。

We’re looking for a highly organized, hands-on Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program.
This person will be responsible for building and managing our email and SMS calendar, developing flow and campaign strategies, working closely with our Email Designer, QAing campaigns before launch, analyzing performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve retention and revenue.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and should be comfortable operating independently, keeping projects organized, and bringing forward issues and opportunities rather than waiting to be asked.
What you'll do
Email & SMS Strategy & Execution
- Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
- Build and optimize key lifecycle flows, including Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback, and other retention flows.
- Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation.
- Translate strategy into clear briefs and proposals for the Email Designer.
- Work closely with the designer to ensure campaigns are executed according to brief.
- Manage campaigns from concept through launch.
QA & Optimization
- Own the full QA process before emails and SMS go live.
- Review copy, links, CTAs, segmentation, personalization, offers, mobile/desktop rendering, tracking, and overall customer experience.
- Monitor campaigns after launch and flag any issues quickly.
Reporting & Insights
- Own weekly Email & SMS reporting.
- Track key KPIs and clearly communicate performance, trends, and areas of concern.
- Provide actionable recommendations, not just numbers.
Requirements
· 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS experience, ideally within DTC/e-commerce.
- Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented. You naturally create structure where there isn't any.
- Strong copy and messaging instincts, even if you're not the person designing the emails.
- Comfortable working in Notion and Figma to create campaign proposals, briefs, flow maps, and presentations.
- Strong QA mindset. You catch things before they become problems.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently.
Success in this role looks like:
- A clear, well-managed Email & SMS calendar with campaigns consistently going out on time.
- Flows that are fully mapped, QA'd, optimized, and continuously tested.
- Strong collaboration between strategy, copy, and design.
- Reliable weekly reporting with clear insights and next steps.
