Job Description

Position:Consultant 1 / Consultant 3 (C3)

Unit:Advisory – Local Qatar

Reports to:Operations Lead / Advisory Finance Lead
Salary-06 to 12 LakhsPA

Role Summary:

The Consultant will play a key role in financial and resource management for Advisory projects. This includes monitoring project financials, managing resource allocation, collaborating with engagement teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of performance management processes, tools, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively track and follow up on operational items such as AR balances, collection status, and project forecasts with engagement teams.

• Maintain visibility over consulting staff capabilities, availability, andutilizationtooptimizeresource allocation.

• Prepare andmaintaindashboards, operational matrixes, and regular reports tracking key KPIs.

• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and managing data using Excel

• Identifypotential resource constraints or financial risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigating actions.

• Conduct analyses on capacityutilization, staffing availability, and project performance to support informed decision-making.

• Ensureaccurateandtimelyupdates in financial, performance, and resource management systems.

• Provide guidance to project teams on financialmanagementbest practices, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of2–4years of relevant experiencein financial planning,financeoperations,preferably withinconsultingor professional services environment.

• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.

• Proven experience working across teams andfunctionswith multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills witha keenattention to detail.

• Proactive mindset with the ability toidentifyand implement process improvements.

• Quick to adjust to new challenges, priorities, and business needs.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor'sorMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ora relatedfield.
