我们正在寻找一位获得专业认证、专注于 IT 人才招聘/招募领域的人才，专长是在拉美地区（LATAM）识别和获取高度专业化的全球人才。她将与一支人才招聘主管团队合作，结合其实际的技术背景与敏锐的商业意识。
要求：
- 在拉美地区的近岸公司（Nearshoring firms）有3年以上技术招聘经验。
- 优秀的沟通能力。
- 人才画像/简历撰写。
- 有 IT 职位的招聘和筛选经验。
- 高级英语水平（C1）。

We are looking for a professionally accredited person with a dedicated focus on the IT Talent Acquisition/Recruitment field, specializing in identifying and securing highly specialized global talent within LATAM. Shall be working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition Executives combining her hands-on technical background with a keen business acumen.
Requirements:
- Experience working for Nearshoring firms in LATAM (3+ years) as a Tech Recruiter.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Profiling/Resume writing.
- Experience with sourcing and screening for IT profiles.
- Advanced English skills (C1).
Nice to have:
· Account Management/ Social Media Management / Client relationship.
