职位职责：

  • • 具有2-3年在知名广告（创意）公司的相关经验（客户支持方向）。
  • • 之前应负责过整合账户——线上、线下、BTL。
  • • 有管理社交媒体活动的经验（例如，Facebook、Instagram、X、TK、LI）。
  • • 对社交媒体广告平台和活动创建有基本了解。
  • • 有成功管理和交付广告活动的经验（线上线下）。
  • • 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与客户和内部团队协调。
  • • 对广告环境有深入了解，包括传统媒体和数字营销渠道。
  • • 有制定创意简报和与创意团队合作的经验。

• 预算管理能力。

  • 项目管理能力，确保活动按时且在预算内完成。

• 阿拉伯语和英语流利。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • • Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams.
  • • Work on inspiring creative briefs along with the manager.
  • • Work collaboratively with creative, media, and account planning teams.
  • • Manage project timelines and budgets.
  • • Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals.
  • • Oversee campaign execution and track performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
  • • Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience (Client Servicing) in a reputable advertising (creative) agency.
  • • Previously, should have handled integrated accounts – Online, Offline, BTL.
  • • Experience managing and social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TK, LI).
  • • Basic Understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
  • • Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • • Strong understanding of the advertising landscape, including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
  • • Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.

• Budget management skills.

  • Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.

• Fluent in Arabic & English.
