Are you a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) looking for a fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care? At Iris Telehealth, we’re on a mission to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care—and we’d love for you to be part of it.
We’re looking for a board-certified Psychiatrist licensed in West Virginia to join one of our partners in an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, treating adults ages 18+. This role offers a consistent Monday–Wednesday schedule and the support of a collaborative team so you can focus on delivering impactful patient care.

About the Role:
- Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient FQHC based in West Virginia
- Schedule: 24 hrs/week | Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Patient Population: Adults ages 18+
- Clinical Focus: Full spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses
- Appointment Times: 60 minutes for initial evaluations | 20 minutes for follow-up visits
- Patient Volume: Approximately 8–12 patients per day
- Support: Dedicated support staff available for administrative needs
- No on-call or NP supervision required!
Qualifications:
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Board Certification in psychiatry required.
- Active West Virginia medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification is required
- Availability for 24 hours per week, Monday through Wednesday, during the scheduled 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET hours
- Experience and comfort treating adults across the full spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
