资格要求
关键能力：
- 技术、计算机科学、工程或相关专业的学士学位
- 2年以上移动应用开发经验
- 熟练掌握使用React Native开发混合应用
- 有Objective-C / Java / Swift / Kotlin的经验
- 熟悉敏捷开发方法
- 有管理小型团队或海外团队的经验
- 具备良好的沟通和软技能，能够与客户的不同部门、供应商、合作伙伴及海外团队进行有效互动
- 具备良好的英语和粤语口语及书面表达能力（普通话流利者优先）

I amcurrently working in partnership with a globally leading technology consultancyin search of a senior mobile development leader to join their exciting innovativeagile application team.The role hasrisen due to the increase in demand on innovation adoption clients and willoffer the opportunity for a passionate technologist to gain a broad range ofproject experience across a wide range of industry sectors includinge-commerce, property, insurance, financial services etc.
As thesenior mobile development leader, you will be required to contribute not onlyfrom a team leading perspective but to be a hands on role model for thisteam.In addition to delivering excitingprojects, your accountable to inspire a positive culture through an innovativemindset that showcases a passion for emerging technologies.
With therole needing hands-on technical skills, proven hands-on experience ontechnologies like kotlin, swift, react native is a must, and with this being asenior role, you'd also be accountable for stake holder management of theconsultancies clients, so direct experience in stake holder management,preferably from consulting is ideal.

Qualifications
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in mobile application development
- Solid hands-on experience in developing hybrid applications using React Native
- Experience in Objective-C / Java / Swift / Kotlin
- Familiar with Agile development methodology
- Experience managing a small team or offshore team
- Strong communication and soft skills, capable of interacting withstakeholders such as different departments of the client, vendors, partners, offshore team
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin is an advantage)
